If you change your mind, would like an exchange or have received a faulty item please email us with your order reference number.
If you are in the European Union or UK and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have thirty days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
For orders from outside the EU or UK you may return goods to us within thirty days but we will refund the cost of the goods only.
Please obtain a “proof of posting” form free from the post office for any returns. For higher value items we recommend that you use Special Delivery – the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We will always refund in full or exchange the rare faulty item. Please email us with the details.
